*Rental Gear* includes:

P.S.Students need to rinse and disinfect the gear with 3 solutions* when returning them to the United Divers.

*Disinfect the gear with 3 solutions. Due to COVID-19, the United Divers still provide equipment like mask, snorkel, fins & boots, but students must be responsible for deep cleaning them for extra 25 minutes after the use of the pool session and open water session.

Intro 

A scuba diving license has two levels:

-The Open Water Certification (OW) is an entry-level autonomous diver certification for recreational scuba diving, limited to dive within the depth of 18 meters

-Advanced Open Water Diver (AOWD) is a recreational scuba diving certification level, limited to dive within the depth of 30 meters.

This time we will bring you OW certification class by United Divers Inc. The course is broken into two parts- four Saturday of academic and pool sessions, followed by a weekend of open water dives. This course is open to everyone ages 12-100+ (12-17 with parental consent), and will enable you to dive down to 60 feet (18 meters).

The course is broken into two parts-

1. four times of two hours of academic and pool sessions

2. a weekend of open water dives (two full days)

Requirement before the class:

All students are required to

-Be able to complete a swim evaluation that includes treading water for ten minutes

-Be able to complete a 200-meter swim with no time limit

-Visit United Divers within one week after signing up

NO REFUND for OW pool session if students don’t feel well.

Ocean Dive Weekend: Following the completion of the academic/pool sessions, you will be certification dives on weekends but are able to accommodate any schedule, via private instruction. 

*Open Water referrals are available for those wishing to complete the training dives elsewhere (i.e. on vacation)
